Processing Time

Pre-Orders & Mixed Orders

Pre-order items are clearly indicated and generally ship within 1–2 weeks.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched once all items are available.

For urgent in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders.

Order Tracking

All Australia Post Express shipments include tracking. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Where required, temperature-sensitive materials are packed using appropriate protective measures to help maintain product integrity during transit. Express shipping is used to minimise delivery time.

At checkout, you can select how your parcel should be handled if no one is available at the time of delivery:

Do Not Leave Unattended (Default)

If unattended, a notification card will be left and your parcel will be held at your nearest Australia Post location for collection. A valid ID and tracking number will be required.

Leave in a Safe Place

You may authorise the carrier to leave your parcel at your address without a signature (e.g. front door or porch). This option requires acceptance of the disclaimer at checkout.

Safe Place Disclaimer

By selecting “Leave in a Safe Place”, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered. Performance Peptide Lab is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to unattended deliveries. Your consent is recorded with your order.

If you have concerns regarding parcel security, we recommend selecting “Do Not Leave Unattended.”

Returns & Order Issues

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Provide clear photographic evidence
  • Await assessment and further instructions

Where appropriate, issues may be resolved through replacement or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
