No change-of-mind returns

Performance Peptide Lab does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Due to the specialised nature of research peptides and the necessity of maintaining a strictly controlled chain of custody, we are unable to verify the sterility, storage conditions or handling integrity of a product once it has been dispatched. This policy is a safety measure designed to prevent cross-contamination and preserve the integrity of compounds supplied to the research community.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, is missing items or contains products that do not match your order confirmation, please notify our support team within 48 hours where possible. While prompt reporting helps us manage inventory and lodge claims with couriers, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected if you notify us later. For verified faults or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including original and return shipping costs.

Quality disputes and analytical testing

We provide a refund or replacement where a product fails to meet the stated minimum purity specification of 99% as verified by batch testing. If a research team identifies a discrepancy in analytical specification, we may request that the material be submitted for independent accredited testing to assist in the verification process. Where independent testing confirms a purity failure, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price and associated shipping fees. This commitment ensures that procurement professionals can source materials with the confidence that they are backed by verifiable technical standards.

How to lodge a return request

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, providing photographic evidence of the unopened packaging and labels will assist in a faster resolution. Once a claim is verified, we will provide instructions for the return of the goods if required. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days.

Shipping and lost transit

We utilise trackable delivery services for all orders to ensure a dependable supply chain. In the event that a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost. All shipments are handled in accordance with our documented quality and fulfilment protocols.
