Performance Peptide Lab does not provide instructions regarding dosage, administration or application beyond research use. Any use outside a lawful research setting is strictly prohibited.
2. Eligibility and account registration
To purchase from this website, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- Provide accurate, current and complete information during account registration
Due to the regulated nature of research compounds, an account is required to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse, unlawful activity or breach of these terms.
3. Purchaser representations and warranties
By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You possess the technical knowledge and laboratory capability necessary to handle research compounds safely and lawfully.
- You have reviewed and understand the regulatory status of the products within your jurisdiction prior to purchase.
- You will not use the products in any manner that would cause them to be classified as therapeutic goods, medicines, medical devices or consumer products.

- You will not market the products for ingestion, injection or clinical application.

You will not reverse engineer or commercially reproduce the formulation of any product for unlawful or unauthorised commercial purposes.
You further acknowledge that Performance Peptide Lab supplies products strictly as research materials and does not assume responsibility for downstream applications, regulatory interpretations or third-party use beyond the point of sale.
4. Product information and specifications
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications and pricing are accurate at the time of publication. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current or error-free.
All products are supplied as research chemicals and are provided as is, subject only to any non-excludable statutory guarantees.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular research purpose.
Certificates of Analysis may be available for individual batches upon request. Purity specifications refer to analytical results obtained at the time of testing under controlled laboratory conditions. Variations may occur due to handling, storage or external factors outside our control.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical, therapeutic or regulatory advice.
5. Orders, acceptance and cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

- We suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Shipping, customs and delivery
We arrange shipment using trackable delivery services. Dispatch timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to stock levels or operational factors.
Subject to any non-excludable rights under applicable law, risk in the products passes to you upon dispatch. We are not responsible for delays, losses or disruptions caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities or events beyond our control.
For international orders, you are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring products may be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction
- Complying with customs, regulatory and biosecurity requirements
- Payment of any duties, taxes or clearance fees
We are not liable for goods seized, delayed or refused entry by customs or regulatory authorities.
8. Storage and handling responsibilities
Research compounds require appropriate handling and storage conditions. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:
- Improper storage may affect stability or integrity
- Products must be handled in accordance with professional laboratory safety standards
- Only trained and qualified personnel should manage these materials
We are not liable for degradation, contamination or altered analytical results arising from improper storage, handling or environmental exposure after dispatch.
9. Assumption of research risk
Research chemicals are supplied for controlled experimental use. You acknowledge that laboratory materials may present inherent risks depending on handling conditions, experimental design and environmental factors.
Analytical purity results reflect testing conducted at the time of batch analysis under defined laboratory conditions. Stability, performance and characteristics may vary if storage, preparation or experimental protocols differ from controlled testing environments.
Performance Peptide Lab makes no representation regarding suitability of any product for a specific research model, assay or experimental outcome. Variability in research results does not constitute a defect where the product meets its documented analytical specification at the time of release.
You accept responsibility for conducting appropriate validation, verification and safety procedures prior to use in any experimental setting.
10. Returns, refunds and quality claims
Due to the specialised nature of research compounds, change of mind returns are not accepted.
Where products are damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery where possible. Photographic evidence of unopened packaging and labels may be required.
We provide a refund or replacement where a product fails to meet the stated minimum purity specification of 99%, subject to verification.
In the event of a purity dispute:
- You must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of the product
- Independent testing must be conducted by an accredited laboratory mutually agreed upon
- The purchaser will initially bear the cost of testing
- If testing confirms purity below the stated minimum specification, we will reimburse reasonable testing costs and refund the purchase price
- If testing confirms compliance with specification, no refund will be issued
Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Prohibited uses
You must not use or permit the use of any product for:
- Human or animal consumption
- Medical, therapeutic or diagnostic application
- Cosmetic, dietary or fitness use
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national or international laws
You must not market, represent, relabel or resell our products in a manner that suggests suitability for human or animal use.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, product names and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Performance Peptide Lab and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the website solely for legitimate purchasing purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any content without prior written consent.

If a shipment is delayed, refused or confiscated due to regulatory non-compliance within your jurisdiction, you accept that this does not constitute a failure by Performance Peptide Lab.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where required to comply with applicable export control laws, sanctions regulations or trade restrictions, including where the purchaser or destination is subject to regulatory limitation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss
- We are not liable for loss arising from misuse, mishandling or unlawful use of products
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
For clarity, we are not liable for:
- Loss of research data
- Business interruption or loss of funding
- Regulatory penalties, fines or enforcement action arising from misuse
- Third-party laboratory interpretation of analytical results
- Indirect loss arising from experimental variability
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any claim, whether in contract, tort including negligence or otherwise, is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Performance Peptide Lab, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from:
- Your breach of these terms
- Misuse or unlawful use of products
- Failure to comply with regulatory or customs requirements
- Violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
16. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, public health emergencies, labour disputes or carrier interruptions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Where applicable, they are also subject to other mandatory laws that may apply in your jurisdiction. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts in relation to any dispute arising under these terms.
18. Business transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets, customer accounts and related information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable privacy laws.
19. Dispute resolution process
If a dispute arises in connection with these terms or the purchase of any product, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations.
A party raising a dispute must provide written notice outlining the nature of the claim and the relief sought. The parties will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of written notice.
If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may commence proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the governing law clause.
Any claim arising from the purchase of products must be commenced within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim, subject to any mandatory statutory limitation periods.
20. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
21. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
